JUMP! into your day camp adventure with our exciting new Explorers Day Camp program for 7-9 year olds! This monday – friday program is designed to introduce and immerse young adventurers to the exciting world of outdoor activities. Our day camps are the perfect gateway to our adventure camps, offering a blend of fun outdoor experiences and foundational skills in a safe, supportive environment. The 5 days will be action packed with fun, creativity and making new friends. Each day long program will begin and end with a shuttle service from the Save On Foods parking lot in 100 Mile House.

This exciting 5 day program is packed full of adventure and exploration! Students will increase their self-confidence and learn the importance of teamwork through supporting each other as they explore Little and Big Holden Lakes, try out the climbing wall, solve challenges in the low ropes course and have their first experience in our classic high ropes course. This program is designed to draw out positive attitudes as students begin to see challenges as opportunities instead of obstacles.

Pathfinders is now an 8 day program!! Students are inspired to step out of their comfort zone and discover the courage to be themselves! This program increases students’ awareness of their inner journey as they take on responsibilities during a multi-day mountain trip, explore lakes by canoe, and stretch themselves in the ropes courses. The Pathfinders program emphasizes teamwork and draws out students’ willingness to be open and participate in reflective discussions while they learn to appreciate new sides to themselves, other people, and the world around them.

Tailored to prepare you to be a JUMP! Assistant Outdoor Leader, this 7 day immersive training camp includes workshops on team building, leadership, facilitation techniques, and outdoor skills. You will learn how to support on our low and high ropes courses, climbing wall and canoeing adventures. You will also get a sampling of what it takes to be an outtrip leader through a 3 day mountain trip that will introduce you to assisting in a backcountry setting. In a supportive environment, forge lifelong friendships and cultivate confidence. Step into any leadership role with the skills and resilience gained from this transformative journey!
After successful completion of the Leaders In Training program, we may invite you to join our team as a volunteer Assistant Outdoor Leader. We will give you a 10% refund on the Leaders In Training course fee for every JUMP! program you volunteer as an Assistant Outdoor Leader in 2026! The perfect way to practice what you’ve learned and gain valuable leadership experience! Although volunteering for hometeam is always welcome, only Assistant Outdoor Leaders will receive the 10% refund.
