This exciting 5 day program is packed full of adventure and exploration! Students will gain self-confidence and learn the importance of companionship through supporting each other as they paddle through the beautiful lakes of Moose Valley, try out the climbing wall and explore new heights on the high ropes course. This program is designed to draw out positive attitudes as students begin to see challenges as opportunities instead of obstacles.

Students are inspired to step out of their comfort zone and discover the courage to be themselves! This program increases students’ awareness of their inner journey as they take on responsibilities during a multi-day out trip, paddle lakes, and stretch themselves in the ropes courses. The Pathfinders program emphasizes teamwork and draws out students’ willingness to be open and participate in reflective discussions while they learn to appreciate new sides to themselves, other people, and the world around them.

This program is the “mini” version of our full length Trekkers program held later in the summer. Cariboo Trekkers encourages students to push beyond their personal boundaries and preconceived limitations. Activities include a 3 night mountain exploration trip including self development, personal reflection time and meaningful discussions. Your time at the Educo site will be filled with adventures on the high ropes course, climbing wall, canoeing, and team building initiatives. This program focuses on drawing out each person’s authentic and unique strengths. Students walk away from the Trekkers ready to step out into the world with a deepened sense of confidence and capability!
